Dr. Bazak has been practicing podiatric medicine and surgery in West Hollywood for the past twenty-five years. He graduated UCLA with a BS in biochemistry in 1985 and California College of Podiatric Medicine with a Doctors of Podiatric Medicine in 1989. Dr Bazak obtained his training at LA county/USC hospital during his fourth year as a podiatric student and later at VA Wadsworth as a podiatric resident where he mastered his surgical skills. He is currently on staff at multiple hospitals and surgical centers in the area surrounding the office. He was involved in residency training at Olympia medical center. Dr Bazak is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
